Purim Brooklyn was a huge success. Everyone enjoyed our live saxophone music, NY style break-dancing, and kosher bagels!
We greeted over 500 guests and invited them to continue and support, as well as to come visit Cyprus for their holiday’s and to do good and safe business.
A delegation of business people and supporters from Cyprus, had travelled to participate to support and to meet with some of their clients and made new potential clients and investors.
Within the delegation, Amorgos Boutique Hotel, Kaimakliotis & Co, Audit World Ltd, D_Kaimakliotis Architects, Andreas Neocleous & Co LLC, Penap Group. PHS Hadjizacharias & Co Ltd was represented by, Managing Director, Mr. Philippos Hadjizacharias, presented Rabbi Raskin with a wonderful gift.

Last Sunday we held a wonderful Tu B’Shevat event with traditional food for the whole family.
Tu B'Shevat, new year for trees, is the season in which the earliest-blooming trees in the Land of Israel emerge from their winter sleep and begin a new fruit-bearing cycle.
Although this day is "Rosh Hashanah" for trees, we attach special significance to this holiday because "Man is compared to the tree of the field". Through cultivating strong roots – faith and commitment to G‑d – we produce many fruits—Torah and Mitzvot.

It was an extremely successful and shining Chanukah this year, and this is the time now to thank each and every one of you who participated at this wonderful holiday, along with the parties and celebrations which took place all over Cyprus.
Simcha Layeled is an organization from Israel that cares for children with chronic illnesses or disabilities.
Among Simcha Layeled’s other programs, they offer sick children and their families the chance to participate in a variety of exciting, unique tours and camps.
We were very lucky to have hosted a group of wonderful children this week in our community center.
We would like to offer our gratitude to those who participated in this heart warming event; and especially to the counselors and volunteers of Simcha Layeled who devote their time and love to helping these special children.
Among Simcha Layeled’s other programs, they offer sick children and their families the chance to participate in a variety of exciting, unique tours and camps.
